OUR FIRST BIG MISTAKE: After having surreal success with our first product, we assumed we could just add a whole bunch of additional products to increase our sales
After a couple years of running a successful (and profitable) one-product online business, we had the idea of adding more products to this site. We had figured it would only bring in more sales us for. Makes sense, right?

We ended up adding in over 100 new supplement products to this one-product site. So now our single-product website was a full ecommerce site selling 100 different products.

This backfired in a big way.

That was the whole problem. People weren't buying.
